1. The service

Movely LLC ("Movely", "we", "us") provides a software platform for fleet dispatch, trip scheduling, driver time tracking, inspections, and related operational messaging. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for ensuring the information you submit (including driver and customer contact details) is accurate and lawfully obtained. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

End users opt in by visiting https://joinmovely.com and creating an account. During signup, the user enters their mobile phone number and actively checks a box (not pre-selected) agreeing to receive account and operational text messages from Movely LLC, including clock-in and clock-out confirmations, pickup and drop-off reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid plans only when you add payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movely LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
